The Education and Rehabilitation Center for Cerebral Palsy, also known by as PROPACE, is a private organization committed to using physical therapy to enhance the physical capabilities of children afflicted by cerebral palsy.

"A Life with More Dignity" is what PROPACE hopes to provide to any one of the 22 children who benefit from its services, which include therapeutic whirlpools, hand massages from volunteers, electrical physical therapy machines, as well as specially designed computers for education and food service.

The Rotary Club of Queretaro sponsored the construction of the PROPACE facilities and allows the organization to inhabit it free of charge. The specialized computers are also provided by Rotary. Finally, The Rotary Club of Queretaro supports PROPACE financially on a regular basis.
